3. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Before Order Confirmation

Orders can be canceled freely before confirmation by the vendor.

b) After Order Confirmation

Once the order is accepted and preparation has started, cancellation may not be allowed.

c) After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Missing items in the order

Damaged or spoiled food/grocery items

Order not delivered

Payment deducted but order not confirmed

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in these situations:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Incorrect address provided by the user

Failure to receive the order due to unavailability

Minor taste or preference issues

6. Refund Process

Users must report issues within a reasonable time after delivery.
